Job Summary:

The Contents Lead will report to the Contents Manager and will be under the supervision and training of the Contents Supervisor. This position focuses on the organization, safety, and efficiency of the job site, leading the job from beginning to end. Using their experience, a Contents Lead also uses great people skills to direct other technicians in completing required tasks. Lastly, a Contents Lead reports to their listed Supervisor on the following: complex problems, feedback on staff performance, constructive suggestions, and updates on site progress.


Responsibilities:
  • Complete relevant courses such as the FSRT, WRT, Trauma, CPT, HCT, and First Aid Level 1
  • Attend and collaborate on ideas during bi-weekly meetings
  • Provide the Contents Supervisor/Manager with feedback and other relevant information about the team or what is happening in the field
  • Assist team members through on-the-job training
  • Provide feedback regarding the on-site performance of team members to the Contents Supervisor
  • Perform, delegate, and manage all necessary tasks for the job sites
  • Ensure a high standard for quality of work is routinely being met.
  • Communicate with sub-trades, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner
  • Plan for labor needs with dispatch or ask the manager for assistance
  • Provide the Contents Supervisor feedback that will assist in the development of systems and procedures to improve the departmental efficiency
  • Ensure information from the job reaches the right audience
  • Excel at all aspects of Restorify (picture taking, DARs, notes, etc.)
  • Be competent with Encircle
  • Maintain the safety of workers and contents on job sites
  • Follow deadlines and complete jobs in a timely fashion
  • Accountable for the success of job completion assigned to you

Compensation

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in the Restoration industry is preferred
  • Exposure to Contents Department is preferred
  • Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Class 5 driver’s license
