Job description

First Federal Savings Bank is looking for a creative, experienced Marketing Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution of our digital and social media efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating fresh content, building engagement, managing paid campaigns, and using analytics to improve results. The position supports the Marketing Manager in executing key marketing initiatives for the bank.
Essential Duties:
  • Develop, create, schedule, and manage social media content, including graphics, copy, short-form video, Reels, and Stories.
  • Manage engagement across the bank's social media profiles and respond to audience activity in a timely, professional manner.
  • Plan and manage paid and boosted campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, including audiences, placements, budgets, and optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and clearly communicate results, return on spend, and recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and follow applicable bank policies and content approval requirements.
  • Support email marketing, website content, newsletters, print materials, promotions, events, and community initiatives in coordination with internal teams and outside partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We Are Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of professional, hands-on marketing experience, including business social media management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, short-form video, and a social media scheduling platform such as Hootsuite.
  • Working knowledge of paid social media, audience targeting, campaign budgets, engagement metrics, and performance analytics.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual judgment, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • A creative, organized self-starter who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, collaborate across teams, and represent the bank professionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
