Brand and Design Specialist
Join our team as a Brand and Design Specialist in Highland, IL! (Remote Available)
Full Time | Highland, IL
In-Person | Hybrid | Remote*
Compensation starting at $52,500

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do
Creative Design & Marketing
  • Design engaging digital and print materials including ads, brochures, email campaigns, social media graphics, signage, and event materials
  • Develop brand-consistent marketing collateral for corporate and franchise clinics
  • Research and create advertising campaigns that support company growth and communication goals
  • Write and design content for social media, newsletters, and promotional literature
  • Coordinate website updates alongside external vendors

Multimedia & Content Creation
  • Organize and assist with staff/clinic photo and video shoots
  • Edit photography and video content for marketing and promotional use
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and creative best practices

Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and presentations of new ideas
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate clinic startup materials, décor, and signage while maintaining budgets
  • Maintain organized literature files and process invoicing for purchased items

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Media, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools across both digital & traditional media development
  • Proficient in MailChimp or similar email serving solution
  • Knowledge of the methods, practices, and techniques used in the production of graphic and advertising design materials for print and digital media
  • Strong portfolio of projects, preferably from a corporate or B2B and B2C environment
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Experience with digital design, social media content, and multimedia editing preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare environment a plus
  • Photography and videography experience a plus
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred
  • Demonstrate skills and passion in the areas of typography, color, layout, and composition
