Job Description
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator Intern to join the CMN Social Media team. The person in this position should have a strong understanding of short-form content and digital trends, with the ability to identify what captures audience attention and drives engagement. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, proactive, and excited about bringing ideas to life through compelling content. In this role, you will support the creation of content for some of the biggest artists in Latin entertainment while collaborating with the Social Media and Creative teams to help keep our tours and events culturally relevant and engaging across Instagram and TikTok.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and execute creative content ideas that align with campaign objectives and brand voice.
  • Support visual storytelling through content creation, copywriting, and creative asset development.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, sounds, memes, and platform updates, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into artist and event content.
  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar editing software, and design simple social assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and creative workflows.
  • Assist with community management by engaging with audiences and monitoring conversations across social platforms.
  • Track content performance, analyze audience engagement, and help prepare bi-weekly and monthly social media reports.
  • Support on-site content capture at concerts, tours, events, and brand activations, including behind-the-scenes moments, fan experiences, and live social coverage.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Social Media and Creative teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong creative judgment, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media culture and platform best practices, and be comfortable appearing in content when needed.

Payscale: $17.05 Minimum Wage
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
