    Job Summary:
    Lead and build the marketing engine for a manufacturing company. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on content creation, LinkedIn, digital marketing, lead generation, and supporting sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage high-volume photo, video, written, and social content
    • Own LinkedIn strategy, company pages, and executive thought leadership
    • Manage newsletters, email campaigns, website content, and SEO
    • Work with Sales to generate leads and support outbound campaigns
    • Manage SDR/lead-generation agencies and track performance
    • Maintain CRM, marketing data, and campaign reporting
    • Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
    • Build a scalable marketing strategy that can eventually support multiple manufacturing locations

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong writing, content creation, photography, and video editing skills
    • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing
