Job Summary •Write a few social media posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, covering topics such as crew spotlights, industry pride, and seasonal/holiday content. •Collaborate closely with an art director to align copy, headlines, image text, and visual concepts into cohesive, on-brand posts. •Develop conceptual and creative content ideas, ranging from quick celebratory posts to more thoughtful feature-style pieces highlighting crew achievements. •Draft video scripts and supporting copy for crew-of-the-month features and similar spotlight content. •Create and organize all content in Google Docs and deliver final copy to the team prior to posting. •Apply versioning practices and adapt content formats as needed, including potential stories and short-form clip support. •Self-manage deadlines and workflow with minimal oversight, flagging questions proactively to the art director and client team.
