THE WORK
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of program execution (cost, schedule, and technical) of automated test equipment within the CTS and MTS organization. The selected candidate will support engineering, supply chain, operations, and other functional support areas to ensure performance to the contract baseline. The candidate must be able to integrate disparate data during execution, be able to drive appropriate processes, identify and manage issues/risks/opportunities, and develop correction action path forward when necessary. Several requirements include:
Support new business capture and pursuit tasks; including supporting ROM and Proposal efforts
Support strategic engagement supporting LMS VP / Director engagements and tracking action items
Support baseline reviews and 1LMX implementation
Support keeping VEMO demand current
Support developing content for IPT meetings
Support Risk and Operations Management
Support supplier parts arrived and operation metrics for production builds; help drive builds to meet schedule
Help teams with metric collection and review with Portfolio Manager
