At ALLO, we believe exceptional brands are built through exceptional experiences. We're looking for a Creative Manager who can lead our creative team, elevate our brand, and bring ideas to life across every customer touchpoint. This role combines creative leadership, project management,
video and content strategy, team development, and operational excellence. You'll oversee a team of designers, videographers, content creators, and creative partners while collaborating closely with Digital Marketing, Product, Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership. This isn't a role for someone who simply reviews designs or manages projects. We
need a leader who can inspire great creative, challenge ideas, coach talent, improve processes, and ensure our work drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop designers, videographers, content creators, and creative specialists.
• Manage creative workflows, project prioritization, and production schedules through Jira.
• Lead campaign ideation and creative strategy across acquisition, retention, product, and brand
initiatives.
• Oversee video production, social content, and multimedia storytelling.
• Direct development of Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and display advertising creative.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, production vendors, and creative budgets.
• Maintain brand governance, creative standards, and asset libraries.
• Use performance data and customer insights to optimize creative outcomes.
Here's what we expect you to prove at the interview:
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years in creative services, marketing, advertising, branding, or content production.
• 3+ years leading creative teams and managing direct reports.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Jira.
• Strong understanding of social media, video production, copywriting, and performance marketing.
• Proven success managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
