Digital Content Specialist

ASCENDING Inc, is an AWS partner specializing in a variety of services and solutions surrounding AI solutions, Cloud Migrations, custom web app development, data analytics/big data and DevOps. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple digital channels, strong analytical skills, strong content creation skills, and a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging content and community management.
  • Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) within budget.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong digital content creations experience - video, webpage, study case, etc.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
