The SEO Content Writer is responsible for creating high-quality digital content that connects customers with our brand, services, and expertise. This role collaborates with marketing partners and subject matter experts across the organization to turn complex information into content that is accurate, accessible, relevant, and aligned with our brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, edit, and optimize high-quality digital content across our website and other marketing channels.

  • Create content including service pages, landing pages, articles, educational resources, FAQs, guides, and other web experiences.

  • Develop content informed by customer needs, search behavior, business priorities, and market priorities.

  • Apply SEO best practices while maintaining a natural, customer-focused writing style.

  • Create relevant content supporting our audiences and broader marketing initiatives.

  • Refresh and improve existing website content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and performance.

  • Interview internal subject matter experts and translate their knowledge into clear, compelling content.

  • Maintain consistency with established brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging.

  • Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, web, brand, communications, and other teams on content initiatives.

  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of editorial quality.

  • Review content performance and use available insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay current on SEO, digital content, and content marketing best practices.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience in content writing, SEO content, copywriting, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, research, and interviewing skills.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital content fundamentals.

  • Ability to understand search intent and translate it into useful, engaging content.
