Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you'll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales.
In addition to an hourly base rate, you'll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.
Job Type: Contract/Remote
What You'll Do
  • Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
  • Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
  • Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements
  • Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
