Audit & Compliance PM Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work with the DX Compliance Committee to define the DX Compliance Mission, Charter, Roles & Responsibilities and develop measures of performance to track program effectiveness.
  • Manage the DX Compliance ROB and align to MSUS and WW DX ROB timelines. Ensure adequate work back meetings & deadlines for deliverables and create a predictable rhythm.
  • Audit and Compliance communications are crafted, reviewed by appropriate parties and communicated to key stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Curate content for Compliance & Audit trainings and ensure they are scheduled in advance and landed per deadlines.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits/reviews to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
  • Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues and follow up with corrective actions.
  • Lead the DX Compliance Committee and foster relationship with the external key stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Policy, Operations and Finance.
  • Work with Internal Auditors and business teams to provide response and resolution.
  • Investigate and reference key policies and procedures and work with desking service to address questions from the business as they come up.
  • Lead the DX team with understanding of key Microsoft Policy changes and assist the DX team on policy queries.
  • Reports to and receives direction from business owners.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 5+ years of PM experience
  • Experience with compliance and audit
  • Experience with Project Management Rhythm of Business
  • 2-5+ years of PM experience with compliance and audit
  • MS experience is nice to have but not required

Disqualifiers: Candidates that have more senior level tenured experience will be overqualified for this role. Candidates with 10+ years of experience will be overqualified for role as sponsor is interested in candidates that have 2-5 years of Project Management experience with compliance and audit
Best Candidate: Someone that is willing to learn, evolve with team and define new role on team. Someone who also has 2-5+ years of PM experience with Compliance and Audit experience.
Average Candidate: Someone that has entry level PM, Audit and Compliance experience
Key Performance Measurements: Meeting deadlines, deliverable completion, drive and update the team
