About the Role

Medici is seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Marketing & Content Manager to support both Medici Health and Medici Peptides. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media channels, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting founder visibility, and helping grow brand awareness across both businesses.

The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator, project manager, and marketing operator. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and understand how to translate business goals into compelling content and community engagement.

What you will work on
  • Build and maintain a consistent content calendar for Medici Health and Medici Peptides, balancing educational, promotional, founder-led, patient-facing, and community-focused content.
  • Capture and coordinate content across the business, including clinic moments, physician education, founder storytelling, ambassador activity, events, product/service launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels while ensuring the messaging, tone, and visuals remain consistent with the Medici brand.
  • Support day-to-day social media management, including captions, posting, stories, engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and audience interaction.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, ambassadors, creators, agencies, and vendors to keep content and campaign deliverables moving forward.
  • Help bring marketing campaigns, launches, events, and brand initiatives to life through organized execution and timely content support.
  • Maintain a library of marketing assets, photos, videos, campaign materials, and content ideas that can be used across both businesses.
  • Track basic content and social media performance and share insights that help the team understand what is resonating with audiences.
  • Support brand consistency across social media, email, website content, events, and other marketing touchpoints.
  • Stay close to social media trends, content formats, and audience behavior to identify new opportunities for Medici to tell its story and grow its presence.
What you will bring
  • 3-7+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, social media management, or related fields
  • Experience creating and managing content across multiple digital platforms
