This role is fully on-site in our Las Colinas, TX office. Our Team thrives on in-office collaboration and real-time work, with standard hours Monday through Friday.

About the Role

The Project Manager provides overall support for projects by following and establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project delivery. The Project Manager responds to project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Additionally, they will monitor and analyze project metrics and SLAs to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements.

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall success of the Project Management aspect of our SMB projects, meeting and exceeding client needs and key project deliverables

  • Coordinate with the Director of Project Management to enact client-focused strategies to support business growth

  • Maintain clear communication regarding partner project status for both internal and external use

  • Support sales team efforts to ensure proposals are accurate in advance of delivery to clients

  • Provide project management leadership and decision support

  • Align performance to individual and team KPI goals

  • Source quotes from Vendor Lists for Closed-Won deals

  • Serve as primary POC for Customers post-sale through installation. Providing weekly updates directly to the customer on project progress

  • Assist in vendor onboarding

Role Requirements
  • Sign and/or construction industry experience is required

  • Minimum of 2 years of project leadership or project coordination experience

  • Must be experienced in standard project management methodologies

  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to gather information and grasp complex technical and financial issues

  • Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed work environment

  • Tactical attention to detail and quality

  • Certification in project management is preferred (i.e. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and CRMs - HubSpot preferred
