OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a large-scale U.S. retail account with high-volume and oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with geographically dispersed teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, deep knowledge of digital production workflows, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Program Manager. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Act as a key day-to-day project management partner for a retail account, supporting the delivery of always-on and campaign-based initiatives.
  • Partner with account, creative, and client stakeholders to understand intake requirements, timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate briefs, scopes, and requirements into clear project plans, schedules, and task-level execution across teams.
  • Manage end-to-end production workflows from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, copy, design, development, production, QA, and resourcing.
  • Coordinate high-volume asset production across digital channels including display, social, web, OLV, and paid media placements.
  • Oversee timelines, scope, and resourcing across concurrent projects, ensuring delivery against tight retail deadlines and within budget.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, flag issues early and drive solutions in partnership with internal and client teams.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients on status, milestones, risks, and next steps.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established processes, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve intake, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management within an advertising, marketing, or digital production environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale retail clients with high-volume production models and ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and within scope.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across overlapping timelines and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of digital deliverables, including paid social, web, HTML5 display banners, animations, and video.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint or similar(Airtable experience is a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, and production teams.
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure when priorities shift.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
Additional Information

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $75,000-$80,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
