Job Description:ย 

The Video & Multimedia Content Creator intern will produce short-form video and visual content for Innovation DuPage's social media channels, events, and internal communications. This intern will report to the Marketing Manager and IT Project Coordinator.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Video Production:


Film and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (event recaps, member spotlights, program reels)
Capture on-site video footage at Innovation DuPage events and partner gatherings
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent Adobe tools


Graphic Design & Multimedia:


Design graphics and visual assets for social media, newsletters, and event flyers
Make quick edits to existing graphics and templates as needed
Support creation of presentation decks and other multimedia assets
Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all content

Qualifications:


Required:


Currently pursuing a degree in media production, communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign)
Comfortable capturing video content on camera or smartphone
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects


Preferred:


Experience with Canva or other design tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
Familiarity with DuPage County and the entrepreneurial community

Schedule & Commitment:


25 hours per week
Required: one in-office day per week at Innovation DuPage (Glen Ellyn, IL)
Additional in-office availability strongly encouraged, especially for events
Hybrid โ€” remote work available outside of required in-office days
