Job Title: Manager - Content Production & Fragrances
Division: LUXE

What You Will Learn:
  • Dual Category Support (Fragrance BU & Multi-Brand Production): This role supports the Fragrance BU by developing relationships across the brands, managing production of creative assets across channels, and identifying opportunities for original content production. This role supports Multi-Brand Production across all Luxe brands with an emphasis on post-production management.
  • Content Production & Project Management: Manage day-to-day execution of content production projects, from briefing and pre-production planning to on-set execution (when applicable) and post-production. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and communication with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, production companies, freelancers).
  • Content Creation & Editing: With a focus on the Fragrance BU this role will support the creation and editing of video and photo content using internal and external partners for execution, ensuring high-quality output optimized for various digital channels (e.g., e-retail, social media, website). This includes shooting, editing, color grading, audio adjustment, adding special effects, music, and transitions. Handle closed captioning and transcripts. Create multiple versions of content tailored to different platforms and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand marketing, e-retail, influencer marketing) to understand content needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project briefs and deliverables. Work with internal and external partners to source and brief creative talent (e.g., videographers, photographers, influencers).
  • Asset Management & Organization: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for various teams. Maintain asset libraries and archives, adhering to established naming conventions and metadata tagging practices.
  • Content Playbook Support: Support the development and maintenance of content playbooks and learning agendas, documenting best practices and providing guidance to other team members.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years in content production and management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects independently
  • The ideal candidate has a background in consumer-centric video production for e-retail and/or media.
  • Brings a high level of technical and editing technique knowledge
  • Has proven experience shooting and editing middle-funnel e-retail photos and video.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Process & Workflow Management
  • Support efficient workflows, project tracking systems, and status reporting.
  • Action in weekly project review meetings with Production and Creative leadership.
  • Ensure projects are reviewed regularly, key milestones are achieved, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders by monitoring progress and following up on action items.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, communication, and workflow management.

Production Planning & Project Management
  • Partner with the Director of Production and Creative Director to manage the end-to-end production process across multiple beauty brands.
  • Develop and manage timelines for both pre-production and post-production activities.
  • Identify timeline risks and proactively communicate solutions to maintain project schedules.

Post-Production Management
  • Manage internal post-production processes.
  • Ensure reviews, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery happen on time.
  • Track project status and maintain visibility into all assets throughout the post-production lifecycle.

AI Proficiency
  • Demonstrate an understanding of AI integration in concepting, creative development and production processes
  • Working knowledge of copyright, licensing, and ethical guidelines regarding AI-generated media.
  • Strong communication to bridge creative directors, editors, and technical teams in adopting new AI capabilities.

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
