Site Content Specialist IJoin Our Team

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless online experiences? We’re looking for a Site Content Specialist I to support the execution and optimization of ecommerce content across our North America websites. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in digital merchandising, ecommerce operations, and content management within a fast-paced retail environment.


What You’ll Do

As a Site Content Specialist I, you will play a key role in bringing digital experiences to life:

  • Execute and launch website content updates across U.S. and Canada ecommerce sites
  • Coordinate content setup, validation, and go-live timelines to ensure smooth production cycles
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to prepare and deliver content assets for site deployment
  • Configure and manage content in the Amplience platform, including links, tracking tags, and scheduling
  • Perform thorough QA testing and validation from staging through production to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Ensure all content aligns with creative briefs, brand standards, ADA compliance, and legal requirements
  • Create and manage QA checklists while proactively communicating updates with stakeholders
  • Maintain site content trackers and support cross-functional collaboration
  • Execute additional site updates to support business initiatives, promotions, and corporate projects

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in ecommerce, digital content, or related field
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Basic knowledge of project tracking tools such as Workfront, JIRA, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions
