Create daily content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest based on a premade matrix with provided images/topics. Follow up with customer inquiries on each platform. Report on page analytics and research market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging daily content for our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest pages, following a predefined content calendar.
  • Foster brand awareness and community engagement through social media interaction, including responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media platform insights and metrics to measure campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices, proposing new content ideas and strategies to optimize our social media presence.
