Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing programs for a growing portfolio of technology products and services. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating compelling content, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving customer engagement through scalable marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital campaign execution, with a strong ability to develop customer-facing communications across multiple channels. This position is heavily focused on content creation and campaign delivery rather than sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer-facing content across digital channels, including:
    • Email marketing

    • In-product messaging and notifications
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Write, edit, and optimize marketing content tailored to specific audiences, customer segments, and product experiences.
  • Create personalized, 1:1 customer communications designed to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Design, Analytics, and Product teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and approval processes.
  • Support campaign planning and content strategy development alongside senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high volume of deliverables while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Ensure cohesive customer experiences and messaging across multiple touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to recommend content optimizations.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Experience creating customer-facing content across email, web, advertising, and digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
