The Digital Sales Executive position is a Full time, Regular position.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for driving digital revenue growth across the company's media ecosystem by developing strategic solutions for advertising agencies and direct clients. This role focuses on identifying client needs, offering data-driven digital marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate brings strong digital expertise, excellent commercial instincts, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into effective multi-platform advertising solutions.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of digital clients through consultative selling.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with the Digital Revenue Unit.

  • Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, market research, networking and participation in industry events.

  • Present customized proposals aligned with client objectives, using insights, audience data and product capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring full visibility of the company's digital solutions.

  • Conduct regular meetings with agencies to present digital products, campaign results, insights, and new opportunities.

  • Coordinate with planners and buyers to secure budgets and optimize placement within the company's digital inventory.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics, Data) to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, monitored, and optimized for performance.

  • Prepare campaign briefs, pacing reports, wrap-up reports and analytical summaries.

  • Maintain deep understanding of all digital products including display, video, programmatic, native, branded content, social media integrations, streaming audio, podcast inventory, and data-driven audience solutions.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, new tools, competitive activity and emerging technologies.

  • Train clients and agencies on digital capabilities when required.

  • Work closely with Editorial, Marketing, Creative Studio, Ad Ops, Events and Data teams to develop integrated, multi-platform solutions for clients.

  • Participate in internal brainstorming for new products, formats or revenue strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments, deliver strategic recommendations, propose tailored tactics and solutions, and provide ongoing evaluations to assess advertising effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Attend relevant sales meetings, training sessions, and industry trade shows to stay informed, showcase products, expand networks, and enhance professional knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, digital advertising sales, agency account management, media planning, or digital marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, metrics, audience segmentation and campaign performance analysis.

  • Experience working with advertising agencies, media buyers or brand marketers.

  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort discussing performance data with clients.

  • Proficiency with digital sales platforms, ad managers, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP ecosystems, and data-enabled targeting.
