Description:

O’Rourke Sales Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Product Management Assistant to support the sales team by promoting our vast collection of brands and products through various marketing mediums. Headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, this full-time position will report to the office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects.

Position Type: Full Time (8:30am – 5:00pm) Monday - Friday


Responsibilities:

· Maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) database including specs, dimensions, images, and persuasive copy

· Create and Maintain spreadsheet-based price sheets for the company.

· Inventory reporting as needed.

· Assist with content development and performance analysis of the company’s email and social media marketing campaigns as needed.

· Communicate with vendors to request and obtain current, relevant product information and marketing assets.

· Help plan and prepare for trade shows throughout the year.

· Assist dealers with build sheets and web portal maintenance.

· Assist in completing the vast variety of project requests submitted to the Marketing Department

· Support other departments with the design and creation of shipping labels, bar codes, photo editing; whatever is needed to make their jobs more efficient. 


Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum Associates degree required. 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work with FTP sites for upload/download of data.

· Adobe Graphics Software (Required)

· Experience and knowledge of print and digital marketing including but not limited to email and social media marketing (Required)

· Ability to work within a team and take pride of ownership in work performed

· Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solve

· Reliable attendance and work history

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while working on potentially short deadlines
