Summary
Potomac is seeking a Content Brand Strategist with Advanced Copywriting Experience to help shape and amplify the firm's voice across every touchpoint. This is a strategic storytelling role responsible for developing compelling narratives, creating high-impact content, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing, sales, executive communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
This position sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content marketing, and advanced copywriting. You will translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging messaging that builds trust, strengthens advisor relationships, and supports business growth.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills with strong strategic thinking, audience awareness, and an understanding of how content drives engagement throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Elevate Potomac's Brand Narrative
  • Help define and evolve Potomac's brand voice, messaging framework, and narrative strategy
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Develop messaging that clearly articulates Potomac's value proposition and differentiators
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen the firm's market positioning

Drive Content Strategy
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Create content plans that support advisor engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and retention efforts
  • Identify opportunities to leverage content across multiple channels and audiences
  • Ensure content supports broader sales and marketing initiatives

Create High-Impact Content
