Position Description:
A senior digital content professional responsible for managing and administering content within Business-to-Dealer websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
This role requires a seasoned AEM practitioner who can independently author, build, and publish complex content structures - not just maintain existing pages.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with the AEM authoring environment, component-based page building, workflow/publishing processes, and content governance at scale. This role manages digital assets, security permissions, multimedia content, interactive forms, search functionality, and website enhancements while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver effective digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Author, build, and publish website pages and content structures within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging components, templates, and workflows to deliver polished, production-ready pages.
  • Manage the full AEM publishing lifecycle from content authoring in the author instance through workflow approvals to publish/activation on live dealer-facing sites.
  • Administer digital assets including images, documents, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Create and modify graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Develop and maintain AEM Forms for registrations, surveys, enrollments, and document submissions.
  • Configure and maintain asset-level security and user permissions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate communication strategies into digital experiences, advising on best practices for AEM component usage and page architecture.
  • Perform content reviews, quality checks, and ensure accuracy across high-volume websites.
  • Maintain strong governance, organization, and documentation standards.
  • Troubleshoot authoring and publishing issues, escalating platform-level issues as needed while resolving content-level issues independently.

  • Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat.
  • AEM Forms or similar form management platforms, HTML.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adobe Analytics. Brightcove or enterprise video management platforms.
  • Social/community platforms such as Discourse.Documentum content management.
  • Authentication systems (SSO, permissions, access management).
  • Strong editorial and content management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
