CACI is seeking a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented developer to support the design, configuration, and maintenance of both the PA40 Confluence knowledge platform and the Atlassian JIRA task management system. This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain content structures, templates, workflows, and automations that improve the accessibility of knowledge products, technical documentation, project transparency, and task tracking under government direction. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, and templates to support PA40's Knowledge Compass.
• Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, fields, and dashboards.
• Support content organization, search optimization, and permissions management within Confluence.
• Develop automation, macros, JIRA queries, filters, and automation rules to enhance usability, knowledge flow, and streamline reporting.
• Assist in documentation and publishing of technical processes, SOPs, and training materials in Confluence.
• Support integration between JIRA and Confluence to align analysis tasking and knowledge capture.
• Provide draft dashboards and reporting views for government-led reviews in both Confluence and JIRA.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and government leads to support knowledge capture, sharing, and workflow alignment with PA40 planning.
• Assist with documenting workflow configurations, usage guides, and technical documentation. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field or relevant experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence or comparable content management systems.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA administration or comparable task management systems. Required Skills & Attributes:
• Familiarity with wiki markup, macros, and space administration in Confluence.
• Knowledge of JIRA query language (JQL).
• Understanding of content structuring, information architecture, workflow design, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams under government direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented approach with attention to detail.
