Job description

Job Summary:
PeopleSERVE, Inc. is seeking a Content Librarian to work within the Digital Asset Management team. The role involves ensuring the cohesion, training, support, and maintenance of the digital asset management system to meet stakeholders' needs.
Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain configurations related to user accounts, metaproperties, guidelines, homepages and workflows
• Audit uploads and metadata to ensure assets are of high quality, are searchable and have the necessary and relevant information tied to it
• Monitor and triage internal customer feedback and maintain communication with external vendors to ensure proper adoption and evolution of the DAM
• Facilitate training sessions with our internal customers and perform necessary duties to ensure adoption of the DAM and proper usage
Qualifications:
Required:
• You have experience in Digital Asset Management
• You are passionate about tying data and assets together to create great products
• You have a solid understanding of DAM, CMS, and metadata tagging best practices and principles
• You are well organized and highly structured, with the ability to give attention to detail and guide a project from start to finish, often liaising with multiple stakeholders
