LMS Training Coordinator 

Job Summary:

The Learning Center & Knowledge Management Coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining Gainey's Learning Center to ensure employees have access to consistent training, documented processes, and standardized operating procedures. The primary duties include creating and maintaining training materials, documenting company knowledge, coordinating employee learning initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize Gainey's Learning Center and knowledge management platform.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Meet with department leaders and subject matter experts to document company knowledge and best practices.
  • Create and maintain onboarding programs and learning paths for new employees.
  • Develop training materials, including guides, presentations, videos, quizzes, and reference documents.
  • Assign and monitor employee training and maintain training records.
  • Follow up with employees to ensure retention of material.
  • Review and update training content to reflect process improvements and operational changes.
  • Assist department managers with documenting new procedures and updating existing documentation.
  • Collaborate with Steering Committee to ensure progression with implementation.
  • Monitor employee training completion and provide reports to leadership to ensure competency requirements for each subject area are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
