Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour

Duration: 5-Month W2 Assignment (expected to conclude mid-to-late March)

Hours: Full-Time

Location: US Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred; no office reporting requirement)

Start Date: Mid-October

Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B technology copywriter and content marketing professional to join a Content & Creative team supporting high-impact marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of demand-generation copywriting and long-form content, making it ideal for a versatile writer who can move seamlessly between concise campaign messaging and in-depth digital content.

In this role, you will own short-form copy across demand-generation channels while also supporting blogs, web pages, and other long-form content. You will help maintain editorial and brand standards, apply SEO and emerging GEO/AEO principles, and use AI-powered content tools to accelerate content development while maintaining strong human editorial oversight.

What You'll Do

• Own short-form copy for demand-generation campaigns, including emails, digital ads, landing pages, social content, and other promotional deliverables

• Create, edit, and publish social media copy through Hootsuite

• Write digital-first copy that consistently reflects established brand voice and tonality across channels

• Develop long-form and short-form web content, including blog posts, web pages, and other extended content

• Incorporate SEO, GEO, and AEO principles naturally so content performs well without sacrificing quality or voice

• Apply content strategy across audience personas and stages of the customer journey so messaging reaches the right customer at the right time

• Maintain and apply tone-of-voice, editorial style, and naming guidelines across content

• Edit and strengthen content produced by others in addition to developing original copy

• Manage existing LLM-based content projects using tools such as Claude and Gemini and build new projects as needs arise

• Partner cross-functionally with content marketing, SEO, social, web, creative, and technology stakeholders while managing deadlines and a full workload

What You Bring

• 7+ years of B2B technology copywriting and/or content marketing experience

• A portfolio demonstrating both short-form work, such as social, ads, email, and demand-generation copy, and long-form work, such as blogs, web content, and whitepapers

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, including the ability to tighten and improve someone else's draft

• Working knowledge of SEO and the ability to optimize content without losing brand voice

• Familiarity with GEO/AEO principles and emerging content discoverability practices

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based content tools and AI-assisted content development

• Experience building custom GPTs, AI projects, or similar workflows from a style guide or brief with minimal direction

• Experience maintaining or developing brand voice and editorial style guides

• Familiarity with Asana or a similar project-management environment

• Ability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, work cross-functionally, and remain effective in an agile environment with ambiguity

Bonus Points If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field

• Experience writing for B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, data, analytics, or related technology audiences

• Experience developing demand-generation content across multiple stages of the marketing funnel

• Advanced experience building or managing AI-enabled content workflows

• Experience partnering closely with SEO, social, web, creative, and demand-generation teams
