Role Overview

The SchoolMint Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Technology & Analytics Intern for the 2026–2027 academic year.

This paid, part-time internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, technology, data analytics, and AI. The intern will support real-world projects involving market research, data analysis, marketing technology, and emerging AI tools while learning from and collaborating with SchoolMint's Marketing team.
Location: Onsite Lafayette, LA

What You'll Do
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
  • Create reports, charts, and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Explore, apply, and maintain AI tools to improve research, analysis, content development, and marketing workflows.
  • Support industry conferences, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other SchoolMint teams on strategic projects.
  • Present findings and key learnings to team members and stakeholders.
About You
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university program.
  • Studying Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Technology Management, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Interested in technology, data, analytics, AI, SaaS, or marketing.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Even Better
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Coursework or experience in data analytics, market research, AI, or marketing technology.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or digital analytics tools.
  • Interest in education technology or K–12 education.

Prior professional experience is not required.
