The Video Content Intern heavily contributes to the execution of marketing efforts towards corporate goals through a variety of touchpoints including content development through photography, animation, video production, editing and design. Weโ€™re looking for students who desire to be a part of fun team, are hungry to learn and look forward to seeing their work utilized in a meaningful way to build the Union Home Mortgage Corp. brands.ย 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Filming and photography at eventsย 

  • Ability to edit content from shoots to deliver complete packagesย ย ย 

  • Desire to participate in the production process, from concept, critiques, revisions, through final product delivery.ย ย 

  • Work closely with Marketing Team Leads to ensure all video and photography complies with company brand standards.ย ย 

  • Participate in the initial planning and ideation of strategy with the Marketing team.ย 

  • Create content for social platforms, digital campaigns, and internal projects.ย 

  • Participate in competitive analysis and market research gathering.ย ย 

  • Organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and manage a variety of activities.ย ย ย 

  • Collaborate closely with other departments.ย 

SKILLS REQUIREDย 

  • Basic knowledge of production equipment (cameras, audio video recorders, lighting, and microphones) for on location and in-house production.ย ย 

  • Knowledge of video editing and delivery using Adobe Premiere Proย ย 

  • Strong consideration given to applicants versed in After Effectsย ย 

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.ย ย 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ย 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks.ย 

  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.ย 

  • Positive working attitude, contributing as an individual and team member to accomplish goals.ย 

  • Ability to collaborate with various levels of partners (employees).ย 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.ย 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEย 

  • Pursuing a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Videography, Animation, Social Media, Communications or a related majorย 

  • Junior or Senior Standingย ย 

  • Examples of work or link to an online portfolioย ย
