Sally's Apizza is one of the most legendary pizza brands in America — born in New Haven, built on coal-fired tradition, and growing fast. We're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to help tell our story across digital platforms and connect with the communities we serve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute creative content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more

• Shoot and edit photos and short-form videos that capture the Sally's experience

• Manage day-to-day social media posting and community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and reviews

• Conduct social listening to track trends, audience sentiment, and brand conversations

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines

• Support paid social efforts and help analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven social media experience (a portfolio or active accounts are a plus)

• Strong eye for visual content — photo and video creation/editing skills required

• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools

• Detail-oriented with excellent writing and proofreading skills

• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Technical

Work Environment

  • Must be able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be available for work on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • This role requires you to be on-site at locations for at least 3 days a week as well as on-site for all new restaurant openings.
  • Approximately 10% of your time will be spent traveling overnight to various locations around the country on an assigned project basis.
