Lapeyre Stair is seeking a B2B Content Creator to grow brand awareness and demand for our industrial stair, platform, and access solutions, with a strong focus on social media management, content development, and short-form video. As a leading manufacturer of metal stairs, work platforms, and OSHA-compliant access products, we serve fabricators, contractors, specifiers, and end users nationwide. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to own our social presence from planning through publishing, creating engaging, channel-specific content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation while contributing to broader efforts across SEO, paid media, email, and CRM.
This position partners closely with sales, engineering, and our in-house marketing team to bring technical products and services to life through compelling storytelling. Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in understanding global target customers, industry landscapes, applications, and competitive dynamics via on-site visits and comprehensive market research

Requirements:

  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Skilled at asking questions that uncover the root cause and biggest opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and complex ideas via imagery, video, and text
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with department members as well as engineers and senior leaders
  • Travel up to 10% to customer sites and industry trade shows, more possible if interested
  • Desired: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
