  • Develop scalable systems and best practices for managing creator relationships, campaign workflows, and partnership operations at scale
  • Define, track, and report on performance metrics for creator partnerships and campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategy and execution
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and operational processes to support creator relationships, contracts, performance tracking, and compliance
  • Build trusted relationships with creators and their teams, fostering partnerships that are meaningful, collaborative, and mutually beneficial
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of experience working in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, media, talent management, or a related space
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, including how creators, agents, and agencies operate
  • Experience building and managing relationships with creators or talent, ideally in a way that goes beyond transactional campaigns
  • Strong strategic instincts with the able to assess which creators are the right fit for a given campaign and why
  • Experience working across teams and partners to bring campaigns or content to life
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new approaches from the ground up
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both creators and internal stakeholders effectively
  • An interest in storytelling and how content can drive cultural relevance and impact
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect
What We Offer
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.
  • A meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challenges.
