Aardvark Studios

Conshohocken, PA • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 10 days ago

Job description

Are you the person who's constantly thinking, "That would make a great Reel?"

At Aardvark Studios, we don't just build experiential marketing programs, we bring brands to life through experiential mobile tours, custom vehicles, immersive activations, fabrication, and creative technology. Now we're looking for someone who can bring our story to life.

We're searching for a Content Creator who knows how to create engaging, organic content that people actually want to watch. You'll be responsible for developing ideas, capturing content, producing videos, and showcasing everything from behind-the-scenes fabrication to nationwide activations.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for assignments. We want someone who takes initiative, sees content opportunities everywhere and knows how to turn them into compelling stories.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content at a high volume and knows how to turn one project into dozens of engaging social posts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create Scroll-Stopping Content

  • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Capture and publish authentic, real-time Instagram Stories that document our projects, behind-the-scenes moments, team culture, events, and activations throughout the day.
  • Capture authentic moments that showcase our work, people, culture, and expertise.
  • Stay on top of trends while creating content that's true to the Aardvark brand.
  • Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content across platforms.

Produce Larger Video Projects

  • Coordinate with freelance videographers and production partners on larger-scale video productions.
  • Assist with producing case study videos and brand videos from concept through final delivery.
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

Capture the Action

  • Photograph and film builds, installs, activations, mobile tours, and company culture.
  • Travel occasionally to events and activations to capture content on location.

Edit for Impact

  • Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for each platform.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and effects that enhance storytelling.
  • Edit efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Organize & Manage Assets

  • Maintain an organized and searchable content library of photos, videos, and project files.
  • Ensure content is easily accessible for marketing, sales, recruiting, and business development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5+ years creating engaging, social-first video content.
  • Has a strong portfolio of short-form vertical video content.
  • Knows how to capture and hook attention within the first three seconds.
  • Can independently develop creative ideas, not just execute someone else's.
  • Is comfortable filming senior leadership, employees, clients, and live events.
  • Is confident working in fabrication shops, warehouses, job sites, and outdoor activations.
  • Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
  • Has experience with photography (a strong plus).
  • Understands what performs across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Is highly organized and can manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Is curious, collaborative, self-motivated, and willing to experiment with new ideas and formats.
  • Has strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating with multiple departments.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in this role isn't measured by producing one polished video every week.

It's measured by consistently creating a high volume of engaging organic content that builds awareness, tells our story, and drives business.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Produce 20+ pieces of short-form vertical content every week across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Maintain an active presence through daily Instagram Stories that showcase the people, projects, and personality behind Aardvark Studios.
  • Develop a constant pipeline of fresh content ideas rather than waiting for assignments.
  • Turn a single project, event, or shoot into weeks' worth of content.
  • Build an extensive library of photos and video assets that support marketing, sales, recruiting, and business development.
  • Grow engagement, reach, followers, and brand awareness through authentic storytelling.
  • Position Aardvark Studios as a thought leader in experiential marketing.
  • Create content that generates conversations, attracts new opportunities, and supports revenue growth.

WHY JOIN AARDVARK STUDIOS?

No two days are the same.

One day you'll be filming inside our fabrication shop. The next, you'll be on-site at a major brand activation, capturing the energy of a live event. You'll have the opportunity to tell stories that showcase some of the biggest experiential marketing programs in the country and you'll have the creative freedom to experiment with new ideas while helping shape the voice of our brand.

If you're the type of creator who walks into a room and immediately starts spotting content opportunities, you'll fit right in.

HOW TO APPLY

Your portfolio is the most important part of your application.

To be considered, applicants MUST submit examples of short-form vertical video content they personally concepted, filmed, and edited.

We're specifically looking for work similar to:

  • Instagram Reels
  • LinkedIn Videos
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts

Please include examples of:

  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Brand storytelling
  • Thought leadership videos
  • Event coverage
  • Project highlights

**Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be reviewed or considered
