Their work can include writing articles, creating videos, designing graphics, or producing podcasts to attract and engage audiences. Content Creators often tailor their material to suit the target audience and platform, using creativity and strategy to achieve marketing or communication goals. They may work independently or as part of a larger marketing or media team.

Good marketing doesn't happen in separate boxes, and we don't want our team members to work that way either - a typical day could include SEO writing in the morning, creating Google Ads copy that afternoon, and WordPress updates, video scripting, or social content the next day. You don't need to be an expert in every platform, but applicants should have the technical capacity, attention to detail, and resourcefulness to work directly in digital and web-based applications.

What You'll Do:

  • Write and optimize website content for SEO, search intent, and emerging AI search/answer-engine visibility, including content structure, topical relevance, and opportunities to improve how brands are represented in AI-generated search results
  • Create new website pages and, blog articles, as well as update existing website content
  • Research keywords, competitors, and search opportunities
  • Develop and optimize digital ad copy, keywords, extensions, and paid/display campaigns for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Write and edit organic and paid social media content for LinkedIn, Meta, and other social channels
  • Analyze performance in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and turn data into recommendations
  • Support email marketing, landing pages, and integrated campaigns as needed
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams from idea to execution.

You Should Be:

  • A strong writer/editor who adapts tone for different audiences and channels
  • Comfortable with SEO and PPC fundamentals
  • Organized enough to juggle multiple clients and projects at once
  • A self-starter who's also collaborative and detail-oriented
  • Able to communicate with account leads and design team members about new ideas, areas of concern, and technical challenges
  • Independent and able to troubleshoot routine issues, learn new tools, and take initiatives that help move projects ahead efficiently
  • Willing to work directly in tools and platforms such as: WordPress, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, social platforms, and email marketing platforms.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 days - You'll be Expected To:

  • Produce high-quality SEO and digital content with minimal editing
  • Be comfortable working directly in WordPress, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and other client platforms
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across several B2B accounts
  • Turn performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Understand the business and technical subject matter well enough to translate complex ideas into useful marketing content
  • Build trust with internal teams by being reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

This position begins as a 3-month contract with the intention of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

This is a 100% onsite position in our Glastonbury, CT office during the initial contract period. There is no remote or hybrid option during this phase. The role involves frequent collaboration with strategy, creative, account, and digital team members, so regular in-person collaboration is an important part of how our team works.
