Role OverviewBlue Wheel is seeking a Creator Partnerships Strategist to support high-volume creator, customer, affiliate, and social commerce content programs.This role works under the direction of the Creator Partnerships Manager while independently managing creator sourcing, outreach, partnership development, community engagement, content quality, campaign optimization, and reporting across high-volume creator, customer, affiliate, and social commerce programs. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who can execute at scale while identifying trends and opportunities that improve program performance.This is not a traditional influencer role focused only on hand-selecting a small group of creators. This role supports scaled creator and customer content programs designed to generate content volume through creator outreach, affiliate activation, customer participation, post-purchase communication, community engagement, cross-posting, repeat participation, and challenge-based incentives.AI-enabled tools and creator platforms may support sourcing, filtering, outreach, follow-ups, workflow tracking, and reporting. However, this role still requires strong hands-on execution. The Creator Partnerships Strategist will be responsible for reviewing creator fit, managing follow-ups, supporting community activity, QA'ing content, tracking incentives, organizing reporting, and escalating issues that require human judgment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator & Customer Pipeline ManagementDevelop creator recommendations aligned with client objectives, target audiences, campaign goals, and budgets. Apply campaign learnings to improve future creator recommendations, outreach strategies, and program performance.Client CollaborationServe as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned creator initiatives. Present creator updates, campaign progress, and performance insights during recurring client meetings. Coordinate client approvals including creator selections, rates, creative concepts, and final content. Proactively identify campaign risks and recommend solutions to maintain campaign success.Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with the manager, strategist, account team, lifecycle team, paid media team, client team, and internal stakeholders to understand product availability, sample status, campaign timing, and program priorities.Support communication around shipping, samples, product questions, creator requirements, and operational blockers where applicable.Partner with internal team members to ensure creator/customer messaging, community prompts, challenge details, and reporting remain consistent.Coordinate paid usage rights, Spark Ads, whitelisting, and licensing requests with internal Paid Media teams. Flag high-performing content suitable for paid amplification and future licensing opportunities.Document recurring process gaps and recommend workflow improvements.Escalate issues quickly when they could impact creator participation, post timing, content quality, or client expectations.Maintain organized creator asset libraries, campaign documentation, contracts, Spark codes, usage permissions, and content archives. Ensure creator content is properly stored and distributed for Paid Media, Organic Social, and client use.Coordinate product fulfillment, shipping logistics, and creator sample tracking in partnership with clients, fulfillment partners, and internal teams.Partner closely with Paid Social, Organic Social, Community Management, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Social Commerce teams to maximize creator content across channels.
