What is a content creator?

A Content Creator is a professional who produces engaging and relevant material for digital platforms, such as blogs, social media, websites, or video channels. Their work can include writing articles, creating videos, designing graphics, or producing podcasts to attract and engage audiences. Content Creators often tailor their material to suit the target audience and platform, using creativity and strategy to achieve marketing or communication goals. Powered by two trusted global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market and developing one consumer product after another, allowing SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 4,100 associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

AI at SharkNinja

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

Why This Role Matters

Social-first creative at SharkNinja is built to be felt, shared, and acted on rather than passively watched. Across Latin America, our opportunity is enormous — and the creative bar needs to match.

The LATAM Social Creative Strategy Director is the creative owner for SharkNinja brands on social across Latin America — with Mexico as the primary market and hands‑on ownership of Brazil and Argentina as we build in‑market marketing and social teams in each country. This role is embedded within the Global Social Creative team, working hand in hand with global creative leads to ensure every market’s social presence is original, culturally relevant, and best‑in‑class.

This is a hands‑on creative leadership role for someone endlessly curious about Latin American culture who can ideate, write, direct, and make breakthrough content — from creator‑led moments and influencer partnerships to large‑scale productions — while partnering closely with the Global Social Creative team, Social Strategy, Social Studios, internal creators, and external collaborators to bring ideas to life across multiple LATAM markets at scale.

What You’ll Do Own Social‑First Creative for SharkNinja Brands Across LATAM
  • Serve as the creative lead and tastemaker for SharkNinja brands (Shark and Ninja) on social across Latin America — with Mexico as the primary focus and hands‑on responsibility for Brazil and Argentina — in tight collaboration with the Global Social Creative team and VP, Social Creative.
  • Develop breakthrough social‑first ideas that balance entertainment, product storytelling, and cultural relevance for both new and existing products across organic, paid, influencer/creator, and large‑scale production content.
  • Ensure creative work is designed to travel across markets and platforms — through sharing, remixing, and conversation — while respecting local cultural nuance — driven by genuine curiosity about what makes each Latin American audience distinct.
Create, Direct, and Ship
  • Write, edit, and shape content across short‑form video, stills, and emerging formats — adapting for local audiences and platforms across LATAM markets.
  • Direct shoots virtually and in‑person with internal creators, influencers, studios, and production partners across Latin America — from lo‑fi creator content to large‑scale, high‑production campaigns that break through the feed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creators, Social Studios, and local market teams to translate ideas into scalable, market‑relevant content outputs across LATAM.
Partner Across Teams and Markets
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Global Social Creative team, Brand, Social Strategy, Influencer, and Media partners to ensure LATAM social creative is aligned with the global brand vision while being locally excellent.
  • Lead creator and influencer creative across LATAM markets — developing breakthrough concepts, providing hands‑on direction during production, and ensuring every collaboration delivers content that earns attention at scale.
  • Act as the creative connective tissue between global strategy, local LATAM market needs, and execution.
Raise the Creative Bar
  • Push for work that is culturally fluent, platform‑native, and unmistakably social‑first across each LATAM market — staying curious about emerging voices, formats, and cultural moments in every country.
  • Identify what’s working, what’s stale, and where each market’s brand presence should experiment next across Latin America.
  • Contribute to evolving creative playbooks and best practices across the social org, ensuring LATAM learnings feed back into global creative strategy.
What Success Looks Like
  • Social content across LATAM markets that earns engagement because it’s worth engaging with.
  • Clear creative POV for SharkNinja brands on social in each key LATAM market, with content that feels native to each audience.
  • Breakthrough work — across creators, influencers, and productions of every scale — that people share, reference, and talk about, not just scroll past, across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and beyond.
  • Strong partnership with the Global Social Creative team, local studios, and creators that results in consistent, high‑quality output across LATAM markets.
Who You Are
  • 6–8+ years of experience in social‑first creative, content, creator‑led, or production environments — with a track record of breakthrough work across influencers, creators, and large‑scale campaigns, ideally spanning multiple LATAM markets.
  • A true hybrid: equally at home concepting a creator brief, directing an influencer shoot, and overseeing a full‑scale production — across diverse LATAM markets and audiences.
  • Deep cultural knowledge of Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina — or an insatiable curiosity to build it. You understand what works in different markets and why, from Mexico City to São Paulo to Buenos Aires, and you’re always digging deeper.
  • Comfortable directing others across time zones and cultures, but never afraid to make things yourself.
  • Opinionated, curious, collaborative, and allergic to boring content — with the cultural sensitivity and intellectual hunger to adapt ideas for local relevance across Latin America’s distinct markets.
Why Join SharkNinja
  • Build social creative for Latin America from the inside at a global, product‑driven company with serious momentum.
  • Own the creative direction for real brands with real cultural presence across LATAM’s biggest markets.
  • Work inside a global team that values taste, speed, and execution — and gives you the autonomy to shape how SharkNinja shows up across Latin America.
  • Help define what “social‑first” means at scale across international markets.
One Line That Captures It

At SharkNinja, social creative isn’t content to fill feeds — it’s work designed to move people, across every market we’re in.
