Role: Creative Strategist / Content Creator

Location: Remote

Hours: M-F, 40 hours per week
Reports to: Creative Director

Overview

At DREAMLABS, we partner with some of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands, including PepsiCo, SKYLRK, Cuts, Blackcrows, Kenny Flowers, MVMT, Cirkul, BYLT, Gymreapers, Hyer, and Peluva. We combine elite creative strategy, AI-powered workflows, and performance marketing to produce advertising that drives measurable growth. Our team moves fast, holds a high bar for quality, and is obsessed with finding better ways to create winning ads. If you thrive in a high-performance environment where your ideas directly impact client results, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a full-time Creative Strategist to lead end-to-end creative development for paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. You'll own the process from concept to execution—writing scripts, sourcing and directing talent, editing content, and analyzing performance to continuously refine creative strategy. You'll also be responsible for managing each client's monthly UGC production and creative remix deliverables.

Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop performance-driven creative strategies across paid social channels
  • Research top-performing ad trends, hooks, and formats to inform creative direction.
  • Write scripts and creative briefs that align with campaign objectives and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to translate performance data into new ad concepts and creative iterations.
  • Research content ideas and build inspiration boards to bring new ideas to our content mix

Production & Talent Direction

  • Help source, brief, and manage UGC creators and on-camera talent.
  • Direct shoots and provide feedback on tone, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality content ready for testing and publishing.
  • Lead, produce, direct on site shoots with talent as needed
  • Help brief, review, and deliver assets from 3rd party designers, creators, and agencies

Content Creation & Editing

  • Edit and produce UGC videos — from raw footage to polished, platform-optimized deliverables.
  • Experiment with hooks, captions, pacing, and visuals to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Create original content featuring yourself when relevant to campaign needs.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze creative performance across paid and organic channels to identify winning patterns.
  • Compile learnings and recommendations for ongoing creative testing.
  • Continuously evolve strategy based on platform data, outside brand inspiration, consumer behavior, and brand goals.

Systems & Collaboration

  • Build scalable creative systems — content libraries, naming conventions, and workflow templates.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (paid media, account management, design) to streamline creative execution.
  • Manage freelance editors or creators as the team scales.
  • Post top agency content on media social channels once per quarter
  • Regularly sit in on client meetings bi-weekly or monthly to be in the know on what’s going on with the accounts
  • Join Slack for select clients
  • Being a swiss army knife and taking on new responsibilities that the organization needs support with

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent delivery of high-performing creative assets.
  • Clear testing and learning framework that improves over time.
  • Smooth cross-team collaboration and scalable creative systems.
  • Demonstrated growth in engagement and performance metrics across brand accounts.
  • Meeting all monthly deliverable schedules and hitting deadlines
  • Stepping up wherever needed to help the company succeed
