The Sr. Manager, Creator is Ovative's dedicated expert at the forefront of creator-driven partner marketing. This role leads performance creator strategy for clients - building and scaling programs that harness creator content to drive real, measurable business outcomes.

Creator strategy is the primary focus of this role, with the ability to flex into broader affiliate program strategy as client needs require. The right person brings deepexpertisein the creator ecosystem - fromidentifyingthe right creators and structuring partnerships toanalyzing performance, navigating technology platforms, and proving business impact - and is energized by building something thatdoesn'tyet have a fully defined playbook.

This role partners closely with the Influencer and Affiliate team to build unified creator strategies that connect organic influence and performance-driven outcomes - giving clients a seamless, full-funnel view of how creators contribute to growth across channels. Performance creator strategy & thought leadership

  • Serve asOvative'sgo-to expert on the creator landscape - how creators build audiences, how brands activate them effectively, and how creator content drives measurable commerce outcomes across storefronts, affiliate links, and emerging platform formats

  • Define and continuously evolveOvative'spoint of view on performance creator strategy, including best practices, channel integration, and measurement approaches - and connect the dots across a holistic influencer strategy, articulating how performance creator integrates with and amplifies organic and paid channels

  • Develop and own creator strategy and planning deliverables oriented toward VP+ audiences - translating complex channel dynamics into clear business narratives that connect creator investment to enterprise-level growth goals

  • Cultivate relationships with key creator platforms, affiliate networks, and measurement tools - and activelyleveragethose partnerships to bring the best solutions to clients

  • Drive thought leadership for new business pitches and client conversations, serving as a credible expert voice with senior stakeholders - including VP and C-suite client contacts - on the strategic role creator plays in driving business growth

Program management & execution

  • Lead end-to-end management of creator programs - finding the right creators, structuring partnerships, activating campaigns, and continuouslyoptimizingtoward client performance goals

  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps that advance client programs and generate learnings transferable across the portfolio

  • Partner withOvative'smeasurement team to develop creator-specific measurement frameworks that clearly connect creator activity to sales, revenue, and other business outcomes clients care about

  • Create proactive client communications, POVs, and performance analyses thatdemonstrateprogram value and drive strategic momentum

  • Flex into broader affiliate program strategy and execution as client needs and business priorities require

Client relationship management

  • Own the overall relationship and program performance for a defined set of clients

  • Lead development and delivery of client-facing strategy, including executive-level strategic presentations, QBRs, and annual planning deliverables that defineobjectives, KPIs, and roadmaps tailored to VP+ audiences

  • Collaborate with Client Services to proactively surface opportunities and address challenges at the program and enterprise level

  • Build andmaintainkey relationships with senior client stakeholders - including VP and director-level marketing leaders - as a trusted creator expert who shapes how they invest in, measure, and evolve their creator programs

Team leadership & development

  • Manage and develop team members, building SME depth in performance creator and affiliate strategy across the team

  • Support staffing strategy and contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members

  • Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous improvement

  • Help direct reports progress toward their near- and long-term professional goals

Whatwe'relooking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with meaningful depth in creator marketing, influencer, or performance creator programs - affiliate experience a strong plus

  • Deep understanding of how the creator ecosystem works - creator tiers, platform dynamics, content formats, audience trust, and how those factors translate into purchase behavior and measurable brand outcomes

  • Hands-on experience with creator and affiliate technology platforms - including commerce-native platforms such as TikTok Shop, LTK, andShopMy, and affiliate networks and tracking tools such as Impact and CJ Affiliate

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics across creator and affiliate programs

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives for senior client audiences - including executives who may have limited familiarity with the affiliate or creator channel

  • Experience managing or mentoring others, with an interest in growing as a people leader

Pay Transparency

AtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience andanticipatedimpact.Additionalbenefits information is provided below.

For ourSr.Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $111,000 to $186,000, which is inclusive of a 25% bonus.
