About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team to create content across key brands in the portfolio. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller who understands how to turn insights, trends, and brand strategy into compelling short-form video content that drives measurable business impact.
As our TikTok Content Creator, you will lead the ideation, production, and optimization of vertical video content designed to grow audience engagement, brand affinity, and conversion. You will collaborate closely with brand, marketing, social commerce, and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with strategic priorities while maintaining authenticity and platform relevance.
This is an opportunity to shape the voice and presence of a global brand in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving digital spaces.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand objectives, campaign priorities, and audience insights.
  2. Conceptualize, script, film, and edit high-quality short-form vertical videos optimized for TikTok and other relevant platforms (e.g., Reels, Shorts).
  3. Translate brand messaging into engaging, platform-native storytelling that drives reach, engagement, and conversion.
  4. Conduct ongoing trend analysis, hashtag research, and competitive benchmarking to ensure content remains culturally relevant and algorithm-aware.
  5. Partner closely with marketing, brand, social media, social commerce, and analytics teams to align content with broader campaign initiatives and product launches.
  6. Monitor content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools; provide data-driven recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  7. Test new creative formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches through structured experimentation.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feature products, employees, or subject matter experts when appropriate.
  9. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely production and delivery of assets.
  10. Stay informed on platform updates, creator trends, and evolving best practices in short-form video marketing.

    3. Producing multiple videos exceeding 100K+ views, with at least several surpassing 1M+ views.
    4. Driving measurable traffic or conversions through content (e.g., 2–5% click-through rate on linked campaigns or attributable increases in product page visits).
  3. Strong storytelling, on-camera presence, and scriptwriting capabilities.
  4. Proficiency in filming and editing using mobile and/or professional editing tools.
  5. Experience using analytics dashboards to interpret performance data and refine content strategy.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  7. Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, legal, and product teams.
