THE ROLE

Content Creator

The Content Creator is a highly creative, social-first storyteller who deeply understands short-form video and platform culture.ย This role is responsible for owning, creating, and executing content across Quince's social channels, developing platform-native creative that drives engagement, community, and brand storytelling.ย Success in this role looks like consistently producing engaging short-form content, identifying emerging trends early, and translating them into brand-relevant storytelling that drives reach, engagement, and brand affinity.

The ideal candidate is social-obsessed, comfortable on camera, and able to quickly concept, film, and edit content that feels authentic to the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own (but not limited to) social channel strategy and day-to-day content execution.

  • Lead content creation for social channels ensuring content is platform-native and trend-driven

  • Identify and execute on emerging TikTok and social channel trends, formats, and storytelling styles

  • Concept, film, and edit short-form video content on a consistent basis

  • Execute weekly batch filming to maintain a strong pipeline of always-on content

  • Capture behind-the-scenes and social-first content on set during photoshoots and brand campaigns

  • Participate in and lead "face of the brand" moments when appropriate for social content

  • Partner with the social team to align social content with broader brand campaigns and tentpole moments

  • Monitor platform trends, creators, and algorithm shifts to inform content strategy

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or short-form video production
  • Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and platform best practices
  • Proven ability to concept, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a social-first creative approach
  • Proficiency in mobile editing tools and content creation apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in social content
  • Strong visual sensibility with understanding of composition, pacing, and hooks
  • Ability to quickly react to trends and create brand-relevant content in real time
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage weekly content production
  • Willingness to travel for photoshoots, events, and brand activations when needed

Pay Range: $98,000 - $113,000

(This role must be onsite in San Francisco 3x per week)
