About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer/Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, loves storytelling through video, and can both take input and execute as well as independently drive projects from concept through final delivery. You’ll create engaging visual content that supports brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of uses, including product features, behind-the-scenes stories, brand campaigns, showroom videowalls, and social media
  • Capture B-roll, interviews, process footage, and environmental shots as needed
  • Produce short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Produce high resolution content for showroom videowalls in different aspect ratios and program for BrightSign player(s)
  • Maintain a consistent look, feel, and brand tone across all video content
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team to generate and execute new ideas
  • Manage and organize video assets, digital libraries, and project files
  • Stay up-to-date on visual trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats
  • Assist in lighting, audio setup, and on-site production needs during shoots
  • Help plan and schedule regular content shoots
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

  • 2–4+ years of experience in videography, content creation
  • Knowledge of best practices related to social media
  • Strong proficiency with video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording
  • Expert editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or motion graphics tools a plus
  • Ability to shoot and edit both long-form and short-form content
  • BrightSign programming experience a strong plus (or ability and desire to learn it)
  • Strong creative instincts and a portfolio showing a mix of storytelling, brand content, and social media-focused work
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working on-site a minimum of 3 days per week for shoots, planning, and collaboration

Pay range $45,000 - $60,000
