The Royal Caribbean Groups Ecommerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time  Senior eCommerce Content Strategist reporting to the Senior Manager, eCommerce Content Strategy & Innovation

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. 

Keyresponsibilities:

Join Royal Caribbean's innovative eCommerce Team as the Sr. E-Commerce Content Strategist who is responsible for creating and coordinating e-commerce content and digital marketing strategies that are meant to inspire and communicate essential brand and product messages.  

This role will derive insights from business, consumer, and web analytics partners and the Content Strategy team to develop rich web content and stories that drive highly qualified and new traffic to the site while also supporting top tier brand go-to-market product launches.  

This person will drive long-term web strategy by balancing data and insights, platform technology, design, and customer needs. They will partner with a cross-functional team to sustain product performance across the site after a product initially launches via go-to-market campaigns and ensure the product is properly merchandised across relevant content marketing pages. Ensuring we develop new content types and ideas to support the guest through their cruise purchasing journey is crucial for this role.



 

  • Qualifications and Education 
  • Conduct content audits to identify site and page level opportunities. 
  • Understand the site's structure and assets for each or the products on the web. 
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market to create and execute destination and special projects strategies and channel plans on schedule. 
  • Use content publishing systems to modify content to the site. 
  • Design, create and execute content development for new and existing marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements, keeping teams and management notified of progress and any potential deviations from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.). 
  • Manage online promotions messaging on a recurrent schedule. 
  • Create Power Point presentations to review the creative plans with leadership. 
  • Arrange the review and final approval of content; document feedback and manage any changes. 
  • Partner with analytics on keyword and SEO research to understand customers' needs in all product initiatives. 
  • Leverage market and customer data to develop and adjust content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support these themes/topics. 
  • Collaborate with UX and design team to enhance and create new presentation for content and merchandising across the site  
  • Establish goals and KPIs to report on performance, including observations, insights, and recommendations  
  • Conduct A/B testing to develop content recommendations and insights for future marketing efforts.  
  • Analyze and propose recommendations for future opportunities in content and design  
  • Ability to compellingly communicate our brand's story and envision how content will be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles such as infographics or multimedia presentations. 
  • Creative ability, detail-oriented, data-driven and customer-centric marketing professional, skilled in content and audience engagement. 
  • Ability to actively participate in cross-functional teams to define and implement content strategies.  
  • Review and execute UGC content across the site to continuously showcase relevant content. 
  • Continuously review legal documents and legal initiatives that arises to update in the legal microsite 
  • Assist in virtual tour productions to create new accommodations visual content.  

Qualifications : 


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Digital Marketing, Communications, Programming, or a related discipline. 
  • Proven experience in content analysis, optimization, and collaboration in a digital environment. 
  • Familiarity with AI and chatbot technologies, with the ability to understand and refine AI-generated content. 
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and strategies for effective online sales. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive content improvements. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
