Job Summary: The Content Strategy Manager role is responsible for developing and owning the overall content strategy, translating product insights, customer knowledge, and Sales inputs into clear, consistent messaging. This information is utilized across Marketing, Sales enablement, campaigns, events, customer-facing materials, and internal-facing content where applicable. This individual will focus on building scalable content systems that improve how content is developed, shared, and used across ScriptPro.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Marketing

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires four on-campus days per week, with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Own and lead the content strategy function, translating product knowledge, customer insights, market context, and Sales input into clear, reusable messaging and content priorities
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and content systems to support campaigns, events, Sales enablement, customer proof, and digital channels
  • Create and refine go-to-market content across multiple formats channels, including Sales materials, campaign assets, web content, event messaging, and customer-facing materials
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing leadership, and subject matter experts to align content priorities, validate messaging accuracy, and support business needs
  • Conduct interviews with customer, Sales, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to develop stories, proof points, case studies, testimonials, and reusable messaging inputs
  • Use AI-assisted tools and repeatable workflows to improve content development efficiency, quality, and consistency while maintaining accuracy and brand voice
  • Evaluate content usage, performance, and feedback to improve messaging effectiveness and recommend content updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to develop content strategies and translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, and Sales enablement
  • Experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies, Sales materials, campaign assets, and digital content
  • Experience interviewing customers, Sales team members, product stakeholders, or subject matter experts to develop accurate messaging, proof points, and customer-facing content.
  • Ability to build scalable content systems and frameworks, rather than producing one-off deliverables
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and modern content workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholders
