Job Description
Are you a strategic storyteller who can turn ideas into compelling content that inspires action? As a Marketing Writer, you'll play a key role in advancing the missions of the IU Alumni Association and IU Foundation-building awareness, shaping perception, and driving engagement and philanthropy across the IU community.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and communications that resonate with alumni, donors, and partners. From fundraising campaigns to digital storytelling, your work will help strengthen lifelong connections to Indiana University.
Drive strategy and impact
  • Create content that builds awareness, inspires engagement, and supports fundraising goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Use audience insights and performance data to inform content strategy

Create exceptional content
  • Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of deliverables including campaigns, case statements, digital content, and event materials
  • Develop content for web, email, social media, video, print, and direct mail

Additional Information
Hybrid schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office; Tuesday and Thursday remote
