Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Content Intelligence & Enablement will lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the organization's proposal knowledge ecosystem. This highly visible role serves as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Proposal Development, transforming institutional knowledge into scalable, AI-enabled assets that improve proposal quality, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate will drive content architecture, knowledge management, AI adoption, and automation initiatives while ensuring strategic messaging remains accurate, accessible, and impactful. This leader will develop governance frameworks, optimize content performance, and enable teams to leverage AI-powered tools and reusable knowledge assets that support business growth and strengthen competitive positioning. Fully remote, Eastern or Central time zones preferred.

  • Design and manage an enterprise proposal knowledge framework that serves as the single source of truth for proposal content, messaging, and program information.
  • Develop AI-ready content structures, metadata standards, taxonomies, and governance processes that improve content accessibility and retrieval.
  • Lead the implementation and governance of AI-enabled proposal development, content generation, and knowledge management capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and subject matter experts to capture evolving business intelligence and transform it into reusable organizational knowledge.
  • Establish content lifecycle management processes, including content validation, maintenance, retirement, and quality assurance.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to measure content utilization, proposal effectiveness, AI adoption, search performance, and overall proposal velocity.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with 5+ years of project management and related functional experience.
  • Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, proposal management, sales enablement, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of content architecture, metadata, taxonomy development, and information management best practices.
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, or governing AI-enabled content systems, proposal automation platforms, or knowledge repositories.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
