💲 Starting Pay: $23.82 - 27.26
🕐 Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

🕔 Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Chassis Repair / Maintenance Technicians with experience in container repair to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of trailers, chassis, and containers, ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on chassis, trailers, and containers

  • Diagnose and replace or repair lights, tires, landing legs, brakes, and framework

  • Conduct minor welding and fabrication as needed

  • Inspect equipment to identify issues and ensure roadworthiness

  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed

  • Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards

  • Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance

  • Basic welding skills preferred not required

  • Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Must have basic set of hand tools
  • Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
      • The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
