This opportunity is for the Rutherford location only. Pay and benefits may vary at other sites.
What You'll Earn:
  • Start at 20.50 per hour.
  • Overtime pays 30.75 per hour.
  • After one year: 22.44 per hour.
  • Annual earning potential: 55,000 to 70,000 with overtime.
Your Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts with possible 4-hour holdover (up to 12 hours total).
  • Current shift start times: 6 PM and 10 PM.
  • Weekends and holidays required.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive jockey trucks to move trailers, containers, and chassis.
  • Climb railcars, secure tracks, and handle connectors.
  • Assist crane operators with hand signals.
  • Stack and unstack chassis, load and unload racks.
  • Work as part of a team to keep the yard running smoothly.
