Job description

If you have 3 or more months of recent driving experience, you can drive for C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. Get started on an exciting fleet with consistent miles and competitive pay.
Lane Details:

  • Pull containers on chassis and deliver no-touch freight/drop and hook freight

  • Deliveries from terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area to Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia and Central/Western Pennsylvania

  • Home time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset on the weekend, sometimes during the week

  • In order to maximize a drivers miles, shifts are Sunday - Friday or Monday - Saturday

  • Mileage pay

  • Stop pay

  • Drivers that manage their hours well, can expect roughly 2100 miles per week

Driver Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 21 Years of age or older

  • 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience

  • TWIC card is required to hire. Hazmat and Tankers will need to be obtained in 30 days. (Company will reimburse the fees with receipts. Drivers can start as long as they have applied for the TWIC card)

  • Drivers must have a safe and legal place to park their truck and container at their home

  • Limited bobtail parking available for those who live close to the port
