What You'll Be Doing:
  • Process orders, prepare reports, labels, and manifests
  • Track Shipments via Port Websites: Use port systems to track containers and ensure compliance with port regulations.
  • Handle Shipping Paperwork: Prepare and process essential documents, including bills of lading and customs forms, with precision.
  • Use Excel for Reporting: Leverage Excel to create and manage detailed reports on inventory, shipments, and schedules.
  • Collaborate & Resolve: Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to resolve any issues, ensuring seamless operations.
